Hexaware Technologies to hire 6,000 people, Details Here

Hexaware Technologies, an automation-led next-generation service provider delivering excellence in IT, BPS, and Consulting services company is looking to hire nearly 6,000 people this year 2023.

The hiring will be focused on areas like data, digital engineering, app development, cloud infrastructure, and Java full-stack.

Senthil Nayagam K, EVP- Global Revenue Assurance and Chief Learning Officer, Hexaware Technologies told Moneycontrol, “The compensation expectation hasn’t decreased to the pre-pandemic level but it has decreased from last year’s enormous spike. The joining ratio has also increased.”

“There is so much volatility in the market and most companies aren’t hiring. We are standing apart where we are still hiring and in decent numbers,” he added.

Recently the company has also launched The Mavericks Program, which is designed for all engineers who have an interest in the IT industry, irrespective of their engineering stream.

Commenting on Mavericks Program, the company said, “To reach talented engineers like you, we identify esteemed colleges and conduct campus recruitment when you are in the 4th year of engineering.
