IBM is inviting applications for IBM Internship Program 2023, Apply

Global tech major, IBM which employs over lakh individuals in India, is inviting applications for IBM Internship Program 2023.

Leadership Program: Commenting on the program the company said, “Imagine having the opportunity to unleash your technical ingenuity and business acumen in the professional world—with the support, expertise, and backing of one of the world’s leading technology companies. This is what the IBM Technical Leadership Program offers to interns.”

“It is a 10 to 15-week program (may vary by region) which allows you to work with a team of peers to develop a solution for a real-world challenge. Besides being mentored by business and technical consultants, you will also take part in brainstorming, presentations, and personal development workshops. Not only will your ideas be heard, but you’ll also have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on our most cutting-edge projects. The program ends with a presentation and demo to IBM execs and stakeholders”, the company added.

Emerging Leaders in HR Program: Commenting on the program the company said, “The Emerging Leaders Program is designed to support extraordinary young professionals in their growth as future HR leaders. Participants receive personalized executive mentorship, job rotations in high-impact positions, and comprehensive leadership training.”

“Applicants must have completed at least one year of MBA education from a premier business school. The program runs for 8 to 10 weeks between May and June”, the company added.

ATAL Tinkering Lab Internship: Commenting on the program the company said, “The Atal mission is simple: to create an environment that will help students and teachers transform into innovators, develop an entrepreneurial mindset, and pave the way forward for developing a “New India” by 2022. The 15-day internship is intended for students willing to pursue a career in STEM.”
