Infosys, a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting, is conducting an Off-Campus Drive in Bangalore, Register Here for the position of Sourcing Coordinator – TA (International Process).

This role is open to candidates with 6-8 years of experience and a strong background in HR operations.

Date and Time: 24th September 2024, 9:30 AM to 12 PM. The company is conducting this drive to hire Sourcing Coordinator – TA (International Process) professionals with 6-8 years of experience.

Any graduate who is available to join immediately or within 30 days is eligible to apply for the role.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate in any stream
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer management and negotiation skills
  • Experience in HR operations, preferably recruitment administration
  • Results-driven and deadline-oriented
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management
  • Familiarity with HRMS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday)
  • Knowledge of ATS tools (e.g., Taleo, Bullhorn, SmartRecruiters) and job boards
  • Expertise in innovative sourcing techniques (Boolean search, X-ray search, internet data mining, professional networking, passive candidate cold calling)
