Infosys Q2 FY25 Results

Infosys, India’s second-largest software services provider, announced that it will hold its board meeting on October 16-17, 2024, to review its Q2FY25 financial results and consider an interim dividend, if approved by the board.

The company stated in a regulatory filing that the results and dividend proposal, if any, will be presented to the Board of Directors on October 17, 2024, for approval.

In compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Infosys will close its trading window from September 16, 2024, and it will remain closed until October 21, 2024. This closure applies to the quarter ending September 30, 2024, and the potential interim dividend announcement.
