TCS iON NQT Hiring: Students YoP 2019-25; Deadline June 5

TCS iON, a strategic unit of Tata Consultancy Services, helps you prove your skills to top corporates. You may choose to get tested on aptitude skills, domain-specific skills, or work values.

The tests are scheduled every 2-4 weeks in its exam centers. Your TCS iON NQT Scorecard will showcase your performance in every section of the test.

You can apply for jobs in various Corporates that accept TCS iON NQT Score from its websites and respective Corporates’ websites.

Who can Apply for TCS iON?

  • Pre-final or final-year students of any stream or degree
  • Students passing between 2019-2025, who are looking for a job
  • Working professionals with up to 2 years of experience

Steps to Apply

  • Step 1: Apply to TCS NQT and appear for the Test.
  • Step 2: Get your NQT Score.
  • Step 3: Apply to multiple jobs on our website.
  • Step 4: Apply for jobs on other Corporates’ websites too.
  • Step 5: Get jobs basis your NQT Score and suitability.
  • Apply before: 5th June, 2024
  • Test Date: 17rd June, 2024

Recently, India’s largest IT services provider, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), ruled out cutting down on hiring, saying it has no plans of doing so but it may have to pace hiring according to the evolving demand scenario.

While announcing the fourth quarter, Q4FY24 March ending financial results Milind Lakkad, Chief HR Officer said, “We’re actively hiring, with significant numbers joining. Attrition happens, but our recruitment remains robust with sizable additions.”

The company is targeting to enroll a comparable number of new graduates in FY25 as it did in FY24, around 40,000.

In the January-March period, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) saw a sequential decrease in headcount by 1,759 employees. The company workforce stands at 6,01,546 as of March 31, 2024.
