TCS Walk-in: 5,6,7 &15 July, Launchpad Program for 2024 freshers

An Indian multinational information technology services and consulting company, TCS is conducting walk-in interviews for the BTG drive on 6 and 7, and the Walk-In drive for Android Developer at TCS Garima Park on 15 July.

Tata Consultancy Services Rebegin is an initiative

Rebegin is an initiative by Tata Consultancy Services to provide an opportunity for talented women professionals to give their careers a well-deserved jumpstart and rebegin their journeys toward achieving their true potential.

Commenting on the hiring process the company said, “Rebegin is an opportunity for experienced women professionals to reclaim a promising career after a break because nothing should stand in the way of deserving talent.”

“We want you to put your best foot forward, and we cannot wait to walk the road to a greater future together with you” , the company added.

The initiative is open for women professionals from across India, who are looking to rebegin their careers after taking a break due to family/health/education/personal reasons.

Women candidates with at least two years of continuous IT Experience who have taken long breaks due to family and other personal circumstances can be considered under this initiative.

The objective of this initiative is to provide an opportunity for women professionals to get back to the arena and nurture their career with TCS.

The applicants must have 2 years of continuous work experience to be eligible for the program. They can have multiple varying career breaks, however, it is mandatory to highlight the duration of the career breaks and reasons while applying. The applicant can be currently working while applying under Rebegin program. The selection process will be completely merit based. To apply for the program click here.

TCS has introduced “Launchpad” which is an exclusive student community. It is a learning program for 2024 batch freshers studying BE/ BTech /ME/ MTech/ MCA/ MSc.

Registration Process

All fresher aspirants can register for Launchpad, an exclusive community to help students prepare for TCS NQT Fresher Hiring. TCS Launchpad offers an array of courses on various programming languages, SME Connects with market leaders, Technology Bootcamps, Webinars, Assessments, and Interview Prep series’ to hone your skills and be industry ready.  

Step 1. Logon to the TCS NextStep Portal here

Step 2. As you are a new user, click on ‘Register Now

*If you have CT/DT Number then, you can directly move to step 5

Step 3. Choose category as ‘IT’ and proceed to fill your details

Step 4. Voila! A pop-up will appear with your CT/DT Number

Your CT/DT Number will be your unique identification number to provide you access to the Courses and evaluation courses in the TCS Launchpad community and other updates on TCS Campus Commune

Step 5. Click here to logon to TCS Launchpad

Step 6. Enter your TCS NextStep credentials (CT/DT number)

Step 7. Click Catalogue at the top on the homepage

Step 8. Subscribe to Launchpad FY24 and you are done!

Searching for Launchpad FY24 in the catalog may help you reach it faster. Once you finish Step 8, you will be able to access TCS Launchpad via My Dashboard. To know more you can watch a short video.
