An Indian multinational information technology services and consulting company, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is conducting an Off-Campus Walk-in drive for graduates from 2022-23 on 6 October.

Drive Date: 6th October 2023, Friday
Drive Venue: Recruitment Bay, Garima Park, Gandhinagar, Gujarat
Timings: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Experience: 0 (Freshers only)
“Eligibility: Full-time graduates from B.Com, BA, BAF, BBI, BBA, BBM, BMS, B.Sc (Non-IT)– 2022 and 2023 Year of Passing. Interested students must directly register on the TCS Next Step portal under the BPS category ( https://lnkd.in/d8NabWbV ) and have their DT number available with them on the day of the drive”, the post read.
“Note: This is an opportunity for graduate freshers only, Post graduate students are NOT eligible for the drive”, the post concluded.

While announcing the Q4FY23 Results, Milind Lakkad, Chief HR Officer said, “Our focus over the last few quarters on bringing in fresh talent at scale, training them on new technologies, and making them productive is paying off.”

Tata Consultancy Services this quarter’s workforce strength is 615,318. The company’s net headcount addition of 523 and the contribution of women in the workforce is 35.8%.
The company’s headcount as of March 31, 2023, stood at 6,14,795. TCS headcount stood at 613,974 as on December 31, 2022.
