Teleperformance plans to hire 60,000 people in India; Details here

A global digital business services company, Teleperformance in India is planning to hire 60,000 more people in the next two years as the company is looking forward to growth plans by additional centres in Noida, Bengaluru, Pune, and Hyderabad.

The company plans to make India the global centre of excellence of Teleperformance. Today, Teleperformance employs 4,20,000 people globally, including 90,000 in India.

According to Business Standard, Anish Mukker, CEO said, “India is doing a lot of high-end nonvoice work already.”

“And for that India has the best talent that any country has to offer, whether it is underwriting or financial planning or solving problems for customers…there is no other country that offers better talent,” Anish added.

The company said on its page, “Teleperformance is a global digital business services company.”

“With more than 410,000 inspired and passionate people speaking more than 300 languages, our global scale and local presence allow us to be a force of good in supporting our communities, our clients, and the environment”, the company added.

“We deliver the most advanced, digitally-powered business services to help the world’s best brands streamline their business in meaningful and sustainable ways”, the company said.
