The NEW Shop to hire 5,000 employees across India by June 2024

A chain of India’s Smartest 24/7 convenience stores, The NEW Shop has announced that the company will be hiring 5,000 employees across India by June 2024.

Aastha Almast, Co-founder and Head of Business, The NEW Shop, said, “Aiming to scale further, we need quality talent to support us in our growth journey as well as that of our franchise partners as we plan to open 700+ stores within the next 18 months.”

“With the onboarding of new employees, we not only envision expanding The NEW Shop family and continuing to walk on the growth path but even support our franchise partners”, Aastha Almast added.

The NEW Shop will be hiring in the fields of marketing, sales, and operations. Additionally, the company will be hiring 5 percent for senior leadership positions.

The company will be hiring in within its headquarters in Delhi. To become a convenience store within walking distance and provide doorstep delivery within 15-30 minutes.

Founded in March 2019, The New Shop is a chain of 24*7*365 convenience retail stores with an omnichannel presence to serve all your daily needs products snacks and beverages, personal care, home care, pet care, confectionery, Tobacco, hygiene needs, ready-to-eat food, Over-the-counter drugs, and grocery staples.
