Wipro Announced Elite Hiring 2025 for Freshers: Apply by July 31

Wipro Elite Exclusive Hiring 2025 is a national-level fresher recruitment initiative designed to attract and engage the most promising engineering talent across India.

This drive aims to create equal employment opportunities for deserving candidates by offering them a platform to kickstart their careers with one of India’s leading IT companies.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible, candidates must meet the following educational qualifications:

  • 10th and 12th Standard: Minimum 60% marks or equivalent.
  • Graduation (B.E./B.Tech.): Minimum 60% or a CGPA of 6.0 or above as per university guidelines.
  • Open or distance education is permissible for 10th and 12th only. Graduation must be through a full-time recognized degree program.

Other key eligibility requirements include:

  • No active backlogs at the time of selection; all must be cleared by the 8th semester.
  • Maximum of 3 years gap allowed in education (between 10th and the start of graduation); no gaps allowed during graduation.
  • Candidates must be Indian citizens, or hold a PIO/OCI card if possessing a foreign passport.
  • Nationals of Bhutan and Nepal must submit valid citizenship certificates.
  • Minimum age required for registration is 18 years.
  • Only candidates from the 2025 batch with B.E./B.Tech. or M.E./M.Tech. in CS/IT or Circuital branches are eligible.

Role and Compensation

Selected candidates will join Wipro as Project Engineers, with a compensation package of INR 3.50 LPA. A service agreement of 12 months is applicable post joining, valued at INR 75,000 on a pro-rata basis.

Selection Process

The selection process is a three-stage evaluation comprising:

  1. Online Assessment:
    • Aptitude Test: Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, and English (Verbal Ability).
    • Written Communication Test: Essay writing.
    • Programming Test: Two coding problems in Java, C, C++, or Python.
  2. Voice Assessment:
    • English communication test to evaluate speaking and listening skills.
  3. Business Discussion:
    • Final interview to assess business acumen and role suitability.

Only those clearing each stage will progress to the next. Successful candidates will first receive a Letter of Intent (LOI) and then undergo pre-skilling training. Final offers are extended upon successful completion of the training.

Important Conditions

  • Participation is entirely at Wipro’s discretion, including assessment eligibility.
  • The entire selection process, registration parameters, and communication will be governed by Wipro’s policies.
  • Any instance of fraud, impersonation, or malpractice at any stage (test, interview, training, or onboarding) will result in immediate disqualification and may lead to legal action.

Candidates will be informed of their results individually via email or other means provided during registration.
