Wipro Offers WIL Program 2025 for BCA and B.Sc Graduates

Wipro has announced the 2025 edition of its Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP), designed for fresh graduates holding degrees in BCA or B.Sc.

This initiative allows participants to begin their professional journey while pursuing an M.Tech degree, fully sponsored by Wipro.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for WILP 2025, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Educational Background: Completion of 10th and 12th standards, followed by graduation with a minimum of 60% or a 6.0 CGPA. Eligible graduation streams include Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, or Physics.
  • Graduation Year: Candidates should have graduated in 2024 or 2025.
  • Mathematics Requirement: Core Mathematics must have been a subject during graduation. Business Maths or Applied Maths are not considered equivalent.
  • Education Mode: Only full-time education is accepted for graduation. Open school or distance education is permissible for 10th and 12th standards only.
  • Backlogs and Gaps: A maximum of one backlog is allowed at the time of the online assessment, which must be cleared along with the 6th semester. A maximum gap of three years is permitted between the 10th standard and the commencement of graduation. No gaps are allowed during the graduation period, which should be completed within three years from the start of the course.
  • Citizenship: Applicants must be Indian citizens or hold a PIO or OCI card if possessing a passport from another country. Bhutan and Nepal nationals are required to submit their citizenship certificates.

Program Structure and Benefits

Participants will join Wipro as Scholar Trainees and will receive the following stipends:

  • First Year: ₹15,000 per month plus ₹488 (ESI), along with a one-time joining bonus of ₹75,000.
  • Second Year: ₹17,000 per month plus ₹533 (ESI).
  • Third Year: ₹19,000 per month plus ₹618 (ESI).
  • Fourth Year: ₹23,000 per month.

Additional benefits include:

  • Education Sponsorship: Full sponsorship of the M.Tech degree.
  • Insurance Coverage: Group Life Insurance of ₹14 lakhs per annum and Group Personal Accident Cover of ₹12 lakhs per annum.
  • Performance Bonuses: Upon successful completion of the program, participants may receive performance bonuses ranging from ₹1,00,000 to ₹1,50,000 at the end of each of the first three years as full-time employees.

After completing the program, participants will be designated as Senior Project Engineers, with compensation starting from ₹6,00,000 per annum, subject to performance evaluations.

Training Agreement

Candidates are required to sign a 60-month training agreement upon joining. If a participant chooses to leave the organization before completing five years, they will be liable to pay a sum of ₹75,000 on a pro-rata basis.

Selection Process

The selection process comprises the following stages:

  1. Online Assessment: An 80-minute test covering verbal, analytical, quantitative, and written communication skills.
  2. Business Discussion: Candidates who clear the online assessment will participate in a business discussion round.
  3. Letter of Intent: Successful candidates will receive a Letter of Intent.
  4. Pre-Skilling Training: Selected candidates will undergo training to prepare for their roles at Wipro.
  5. Offer Letter: Upon successful completion of the above stages, candidates will receive an offer letter to join Wipro.
