Amdocs, a global provider of software and services to communications and media companies, has officially relocated its Gurugram operations to a newly developed next-generation smart campus in DLF Downtown, Delhi NCR.

The move marks a significant milestone in the company’s India growth journey and reflects its commitment to innovation, sustainability, and people-centric design.

Spanning 333,000 square feet, the LEED-certified campus is purpose-built to support a digital-first workplace.

It integrates advanced technology, sustainable architecture, and collaborative spaces to foster productivity, creativity, and well-being.

The relocation strengthens Amdocs’ development center in India, which plays a critical role in delivering GenAI-led digital solutions to global telecom clients.

Designed for Flexibility, Collaboration, and Well-Being

The new campus features an open-space layout with ergonomically designed workstations, quiet focus pods, ideation hubs, and meeting zones.

Signature areas include a multi-purpose auditorium, a client briefing centre, green outdoor terraces, and informal lounges.

These spaces are intended to support both deep work and spontaneous collaboration.

In line with Amdocs’ global brand ethos, “Make it Amazing,” the campus also includes wellness-focused amenities such as recreation rooms, a fully equipped gym, themed networking hubs, and a restaurant-style cafeteria with multiple dining options and grab-and-go counters.

These additions reflect the company’s emphasis on employee engagement and holistic well-being.

Rajat Raheja, Division President of Amdocs India, described the campus as “a canvas for our employees to carve their career paths and pursue their ambitions.”

He added, “This is where next-gen technology meets human energy to deliver amazing outcomes for our customers”.

Amdocs Enhancing Client Engagement Through Infrastructure

The smart campus enhances client interactions beyond just focusing on employee experience.

The client briefing centre and collaborative zones are tailored to host strategic discussions, product demonstrations, and co-creation sessions with partners and customers.

The location’s proximity to major transport hubs—including metro stations and the international airport—further supports seamless client access.

The facility’s team optimized its digital infrastructure for secure, high-speed connectivity and hybrid collaboration, enabling effective work across geographies.

This aligns with Amdocs’ broader goal of delivering consistent, high-quality service to clients worldwide.

Gurugram as a Strategic Tech Hub

Amdocs’ choice of Gurugram reflects the city’s emergence as a vibrant technology and innovation hub.

The region offers access to a skilled workforce, a robust tech ecosystem, and strong connectivity.

These factors make it an ideal base for Amdocs to scale its operations and deepen client relationships.

Globally, Amdocs employs approximately 28,000 people across 90 locations, with over 40% of its workforce based in India.

The Gurugram and Pune campuses serve as key engines of growth, driving digital transformation and supporting customers across continents.
