Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a global leader in IT services, consulting, and business solutions, has entered into a strategic partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to accelerate its customers’ cloud transformation journey at scale.
This new strategic transformation agreement with AWS will enable TCS to facilitate full-stack digital transformation of its customers by leveraging data and generative artificial intelligence (AI) solutions on AWS.
- Through a multi-year partnership with Amazon Web Services, TCS will offer cloud modernization programs for customers across all industries, helping them accelerate their digital transformation journeys by leveraging next-gen technologies such as generative AI.
- AWS will support in upskilling and reskilling of 25,000 TCS employees with the latest cloud and GenAI skills.

The program targets customers worldwide across diverse industries, with a notable focus on banking and financial services, life sciences, healthcare, travel, transportation, hospitality, manufacturing, automotive, communications, and telecom.
The initiative by TCS and AWS is focused on removing these barriers and realizing faster time-to-value. This includes significant investment in industry platforms.
Within this partnership, AWS will assist TCS in enhancing the skills and certifying 25,000 of its employees on AWS technology.
This initiative aims to establish a dedicated team of modernization specialists, empowering TCS to champion modernization endeavors effectively.
