Infosys, a global leader in digital services and consulting, has launched a state-of-the-art Global Capability Center (GCC) in Kharadi, Pune.
The new facility is designed to serve as a strategic hub for innovation, AI-led transformation, and client collaboration, reinforcing Infosys’ commitment to building future-ready enterprises.
The announcement was made on June 23, 2025, and was celebrated by senior leadership and key stakeholders from the GCC ecosystem.
Kharadi, located in Pune’s eastern corridor, has rapidly emerged as a preferred destination for IT and multinational firms due to its robust infrastructure, proximity to talent pools, and connectivity to major business districts.
With over 38,000 Infosys employees already operating from its Hinjawadi campuses, the new Kharadi center adds a critical dimension to Infosys’ regional footprint in Maharashtra.

The newly inaugurated center is positioned as a Center of Excellence for:

According to Rajneesh Malviya, Senior Vice President and Head of Infosys Pune Development Center, the Kharadi office will act as a “strategic proximity center” for GCC clients, enabling closer collaboration, deeper co-innovation, and stronger partnerships.
“This one is particularly special,” Rajneesh shared on LinkedIn. “It beautifully blends the art and culture of Maharashtra with the legacy of Infosys.”
