ITC Infotech has partnered with talent experience platform Edcast. This will help to revolutionize learning within the company through its ‘Learn From Anywhere’ program.

The company under this program will be identifying top learners. This will make them evangelists and ambassadors of the platform to inspire others to participate in the learning process.

The initiative is a SaaS- AI-based learning platform. This will help employees to create, curate, aggregate, and share their expertise.

The program has been launched with the aim to democratize the entire learning process across different levels and locations. The program will also help build careers leveraging skills and opportunities within the company.

The program will focus on three service lines, including CIO services, industry experience, and Industry 4.0. It has been developed so that employees can get access to a global pool of content on the go and under one roof.

The company will be launching it in a phased manner and a quarter from now will take it to the entire company. The learning modules in this program will be offered through ‘Learning Hub,’ the company’s nextgen learning platform, providing content curated by experts.

The ITC Infotech employees by mobilizing the L&D program across different locations including tier 2 and tier 3 locations will be able to experience knowledge sharing.

This will also help employees to learn the flow of work, and competency development through global content aggregation, creation, curation, and recommendations with features like gamified events, leaderboards, and badges.

ITC Infotech also rolled out a ‘work from anywhere policy’ last year in November. The company has nearly more than 10,000 employees. The headcount is expected to grow by 20% this financial year.
