TCS will announce its Q4FY24 results on April 12

India’s top IT firms are poised to commence earnings season for Q4FY24, the March ending quarter for the financial year 2023-2024.

The companies will be providing crucial insights into industry performance for March quarter, pivotal for assessing trends and market sentiments in the IT services sector.

IT giants have revealed dates for board meetings to endorse Q4FY24 financial results. TCS to announce Q4FY24 results on April 12, Infosys on April 18, and HCL Technologies board meeting on April 26.

Tata Consultancy Services

India’s largest IT services provider company, TCS said that the company will announce its results for the Fourth Quarter of FY 2024, which ended March 31, on Friday, April 12, 2024, after-market trading hours.

The results will be available on www.tcs.com. The leadership team will hold a Press Conference at 17:30 hrs IST on April 12, 2024, streamed live on our website and YouTube.

And, the Company will host an Earnings conference call at 19:00 hrs IST on April 12, 2024, to discuss financial performance and take questions.

Infosys

India’s second largest IT services provider Infosys will announce its Q4 results on April 18. The company has informed exchanges that its board of directors may recommend a final dividend for the financial year ending March 31, 2024.

The company also announced the closure of the trading window from March 16, 2024, to April 22, 2024.

Infosys also reported receiving orders from the Income Tax Department for assessment years 2007-08 to 2015-16, 2017-18, and 2018-19 during the quarter.

HCLTech

HCLTech, a global technology company will announce its fourth quarter results for the financial year 2023-24 on April 26.

The company said that the Board of Directors of HCLTech will meet on April 25 and April 26 to review the audited financial results for the financial year ending March 31, 2024. Additionally, they will discuss the payment of interim dividend for the financial year 2024-25.

HCL Tech stated that the items concerning the financial results and the payment of interim dividend will be deliberated by the board on April 26, 2024.
