TresVista India to hire over 1,000 employees this year

TresVista, a Bengaluru-based company, provider of outsourced support to corporates, asset managers, and entrepreneurs is planning to hire students from top educational institutions across India in a bid to double its workforce by the end of 2022.

The company is planning to visit 30 plus top institutions like IIMs, NMIMS, Christ University, the University of Delhi, among others, for campus placements, according to the company release.

Spread over three office locations in Mumbai, Pune, and Bengaluru, TresVista will hire freshers and experienced professionals with dynamic skillsets for strategic business and scaled expansion.

Sudeep Mishra, Co-Founder and MD, TresVista, said, “Our employee base has increased more than threefold since 2017 to our current strength of over 1,100. This has helped us match our business growth across delivery centres and add new service lines.”

“Our increasing rate of growth is a testament to our ever-expanding and supportive client base. This visibility allows to aggressively hire, train, and develop the best talent with a long-term outlook,” he added.

The company has an inclusive workforce with over 42% women employees, and there are over 450 members from diverse backgrounds in its alumni community.

The company has also expressed the significance of in-depth training and intangible investments in creating an inclusive office culture.

With over 1,000 employees, TresVista has offices in Mumbai, Pune, New York, London, and Singapore with a wide array of clients ranging from asset managers, corporates, and entrepreneurs.
