Yogi Govt Hires IIT, IIM graduates To Drive Investments In UP

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath-led Uttar Pradesh government has hired graduates. These professionals have been selected from top institutes in India like IIT and IIM.

Moreover, these professionals are likely to get their offer letters from Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on May 26. Additionally, 105 professionals have been hired by the state government till now. They have been referred to as “Udyami Mitra”. The word Udyami Mitra referred to “friend”.

Selection Of the candidates

Around 1,387 applications were submitted for 105 posts. 709 candidates were appearing for the computer ability test.

The requirement from the applicants was an MBA degree with a minimum of 60 percent marks. Additionally, they required proficiency in Hindi and English, and to be aged between 25 and 40 years.

Role of the Job

The hiring of these Udyami Mitra professionals is aimed to fast-track the implementation of investment proposals. Additionally, the work of these Udyami Mitra is to ensure that incoming industrialists do not face any hurdles in establishing their units in the state.

Compensation & Benefits

These professionals will receive a minimum salary of Rs 70,000/month, excluding perks.

Process for the Allocation of Job

The 105 Udyami Mitra will be given a training of 14 days and thereafter they will be allocated assignments.
