Any graduate (from the 2021, 2022, or 2023 batches) can apply for the role. Fluency in English is a must and a basic understanding of HTML, Javascript & CSS, web page behavior, and digital ads behavior is also required.

Roles and Responsibilities
Client Interaction: You’ll directly engage with clients via various channels—phone, video chat, web portal, or email. Your goal: Understand their issues and provide timely assistance.
Troubleshooting: Use all available tools, knowledge bases, and resources to resolve client-reported problems efficiently.
Escalation Management: If necessary, escalate issues to the next level of problem resolution.
Field Support Coordination: Redirect calls to field engineering support when an on-site visit is required.
Customer Satisfaction: Strive for first-call resolution and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
