uFaber plans to hire 1,00,000 women trainers in the next 5 years.

uFaber Edutech Pvt Ltd, an online education training company to hire 1,000 women trainers in the next 6 months. The trainers can earn Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 60,000/per month in the Work from Home model.

uFaber Edutech is a Non-govt company, incorporated on 19 Sept, 2013, and offers hyper-personalized learning solutions. It has onboarded 1 million learners so far and aims to increase that count to 10 million over the next two years.

Founded by Rohit Jain and Anirudh Swarnkar who are from IIT-Mumbai, the Mumbai-based bootstrapped start-up plans to hire 1,00,000 women trainers in the next 5 years.

Rohit Jain, Co-Founder, and CEO of uFaber Edutech said. “Our bet on hyper-personalized learning with trainers at the centre of it is paying off, as the pandemic forced the shift to online/virtual learning, parents are seeking learning options beyond the curriculum for their children, and they find the value of an expert trainer personally coaching their child quite appealing.”

uFaber was among the first to identify the potential of qualified women professionals working from home with its “eMaester” program, which currently has 2,800 women trainers.

The firm currently has 3,000+ hours of video content and a base of 60,000+ students. Learning is imparted through interactive videos, accessible via web or an app.
