US-based consulting firm ZS Associates to hire 3000 employees in India

The US-based consulting firm, ZS Associates to hire 3,000 employees across its Bengaluru, Delhi, and Pune offices in India. Currently, ZS has over 5,500 employees in India.

ZS Associates is a consulting and professional services firm focusing on consulting, software, and technology, headquartered in Evanston, Illinois that provides services for clients in private equity, healthcare, and technology.

According to a Business Insider report, “India is a very crucial region for ZS, as over 65% of our global team comes from the country’s best colleges and professional backgrounds,” Sanjay Joshi, Regional Managing Principal, and Asia Head said in a statement.

Out of these 3,000 new vacant positions of the company, 30% will cater to business consulting, 45% to business technology, and 25% will work in the business operations verticals of the firm.

At ZS Associates, 57% of hiring comes from campus recruitment, 26% apply online, 10% through employee referrals and 7% through hiring agencies. The entire process of hiring takes from two weeks to three months. After applying through any of these options, expect to receive an email in two weeks scheduling you for a phone interview.
