A former employee of Infosys, an Indian multinational IT company, shared a LinkedIn post from Kumar Shubham, who worked as a Senior System Engineer.

In his LinkedIn post, Kumar Shubham alleged that Infosys has engaged in unfair layoffs. This post has since gone viral, sparking a wide array of reactions from the online community.

Many users have commented on and shared the post, leading to a broader discussion about the company’s employment practices.

A post shared by a former employee on LinkedIn says, “I am the victim of silent hashtag #layoff at Infosys recently, got laid off without any warnings and future career support. On the same day, within a few hours, my whole internal access was taken after forcefully telling me to resign.”

“Not even giving notice period so that we can have at least some time to apply for new jobs without being jobless. I know the name of the person involved in my case but I can’t say here due to confidentiality. In this much-reputed company also like this happened”, the post added.

The post further said, “When we never thought to leave the current job but the next day suddenly HR person scheduled a meeting to announce the exit and force to leave the company.”

“How much bad it is but who cares. I thought to say here because it is something that should not happen. Like this event can destroy someone’s career but who cares. Infosys, I seek your attention in this case”, the post concluded.
