Garima Singh Joins Coforge as Deputy Chief People Officer

Coforge has appointed Garima Singh as Deputy Chief People Officer, marking a significant addition to its global leadership team.

With over two decades of experience spanning technology, digital transformation, and strategic HR leadership, Garima will play a pivotal role in shaping Coforge’s global people agenda.

Based in New York City Metropolitan Area, she will lead initiatives aimed at building future-ready talent capabilities, strengthening leadership pipelines, and aligning people practices with the company’s ambitious growth trajectory.

In her new role, Garima will provide HR leadership to senior business and sales teams across geographies. Her focus will be on advancing succession planning, fostering leadership excellence, and embedding a culture of agility and innovation within the organization.

Extensive Background and Experience

Before joining Coforge, Garima worked as Chief People Officer at Orion Innovation, where she spearheaded global HR strategy and people engagement, cultivating an environment that encouraged growth and innovation.

She also spent more than 15 years with Persistent Systems, holding key roles including Head HR for North America and Head HR for the Digital Business. During her tenure, she was instrumental in scaling the company’s workforce and developing robust leadership frameworks.

A former Major in the Indian Army, Garima’s career exemplifies resilience, discipline, and a deep commitment to people-centric leadership. Her transition from military service to corporate HR underscores her versatility and strategic foresight—qualities that will continue to shape her impact at Coforge.
