According to Financial Express, Tech Mahindra Manish Vyas has departed from the organization after 23 years of association with the company.

Manish Vyas, who was once expected to become Tech Mahindra CEO, his sudden resignation has struck an emotional chord with colleagues and former employees of the organization.

Tech Mahindra employees have started #MVInspires & #MomentsWithMV on LinkedIn to share their feelings.

One LinkedIn Post User Kalpana Divadkar wrote, “Farewell, Manish! As you bid adieu after an incredible 23-year journey, my heart is a swirl of emotions. #MomentswithMV floods my mind—each memory a testament to your leadership, friendship, and unwavering support.”

“Not just a friend, brother, and colleague, you’ve been my biggest silent cheerleader. Your warmth, especially towards our CSR and Josh teams, is touching beyond words. Your ability to touch the lives of the underprivileged is remarkable. Together, we stood for those in need, making a difference in ways only you know”, the post added.

The post further said, “Let’s not forget the TPL in Pune—your love for cricket shining bright. Manish, if I could, I’d carry you on my shoulders for being the best people’s person I’ve ever met. Your legacy is inspiring, and the impact you’ve had will forever resonate. #MVinspires

Similarly, Another user wrote, “Working with Manish was an absolute pleasure. He would inspire, challenge, empower, and support his team all at the same time. I remember monthly review sessions with him – A very detailed one but in the end, the team would come out of the review session always feeling motivated to do better.

“He has this Aura – around him which makes people very comfortable with him. As a Charismatic leader he always encourages new ideas and portrays tremendous customer focus, deep connect with his teams, and never say No attitude”, the post added.

“Dear Manish, I deeply cherish our moments and engaging conversations in TechMahindra !! Wishing you all the best !! #MVinspires#MomentswithMVManish Vyas“, the post added.
