HCLTech and Pearson Patner for AI-Driven Upskilling

HCLTech and Pearson have announced a multi-year strategic partnership aimed at accelerating AI-led upskilling across enterprises, government bodies, and higher education institutions.

The collaboration seeks to equip individuals and organizations with the tools needed to adapt to rapid technological changes, particularly those driven by artificial intelligence.

The partnership will focus on co-developing AI-powered learning products, assessments, and workforce analytics.

  • AI Innovation Lab: A dedicated AI Tech Lab will serve as the hub for co-innovation. The lab will focus on building next-generation learning products using HCLTech’s Career Shaper™ platform and GenAI technologies, enabling personalized and scalable learning experiences.
  • Strategic Talent Design: The partnership will leverage Pearson’s Faethm AI platform and Credly credentialing tools to provide actionable workforce insights. These insights will help organizations align learning investments with business goals, reduce skill gaps, and future-proof their talent pipelines.

Integration Within HCLTech’s Ecosystem

HCLTech will embed Pearson’s AI-powered learning and assessment tools across its internal HR ecosystem.

This includes structured learning pathways, verified digital credentials, and career progression frameworks.

The integration aims to enhance internal workforce capabilities and serve as a model for external clients.
