Forging Futures: International Coaching Federation and Indian Society for Training & Development Announce Strategic Partnership

The International Coaching Federation (ICF), a leading non-profit association dedicated to advancing the coaching profession, and the Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD Delhi), an esteemed autonomous organization focused on evolving and improving HRD/Training practices in India, entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).

This collaboration aims to cultivate coaching cultures within organizations across India.

“We are thrilled to partner with ISTD to foster coaching excellence and cultivate coaching cultures within Indian organizations,” stated Magdalena Mook, CEO of ICF. “This collaboration reaffirms our global commitment to advancing coaching standards and empowering professionals worldwide.”

Anita Chauhan, National President of ISTD, said, “As we embark on this transformative journey with the International Coaching Federation, we are thrilled to expand our horizons and enhance our commitment to nurturing talent and fostering excellence.”

“This collaboration signifies a significant step forward to empower individuals and organizations” Anita Chauhan added.

Dr. Anubha Walia, National Council Member & Chairperson of ISTD Delhi, stated, “As leaders in the field of training and development, it is imperative that we embrace innovative approaches such as coaching to drive organizational growth and employee development.”

“This partnership with ICF underscores our commitment to delivering cutting-edge solutions to our stakeholders”, Dr. Anubha Walia added.

Steve Weiss, VP of Professional Coaches at ICF, added, “By pooling our expertise and resources with ISTD, we aim to create impactful development opportunities for our members in India.”

The collaboration between ICF and ISTD Delhi is strategically positioned to harness its strengths to advance thought leadership, educational initiatives, and coaching practices in the field of organizational learning and development.
