At HPE Discover 2025 in Bengaluru, Hewlett Packard Enterprise (NYSE: HPE) unveiled a transformative initiative—HPE Partner Ready Vantage, a unified partner program designed to consolidate and streamline all existing partner frameworks.

This strategic move aims to simplify engagement, enhance flexibility, and accelerate profitable growth for partners across the entire HPE portfolio.

Rolling out in phases starting November 1, 2025, the program merges HPE Partner Ready and HPE Partner Ready for Networking, offering a single enrollment experience and a consistent compensation model.

HPE Program Architecture: One Framework, Infinite Possibilities

HPE Partner Ready Vantage is structured around three core tracks—Build, Sell, and Service—allowing partners to:

  • Develop or integrate solutions
  • Resell HPE technologies and services (CapEx or OpEx via GreenLake Flex)
  • Deliver services under their own brand, HPE’s brand, or both

The program is modular, enabling partners to select relevant centers and competencies aligned with their business goals.

This flexibility empowers solution providers, MSPs, ISVs, and systems integrators to scale their capabilities and differentiate in the market.

Sell Track Spotlight: Full Portfolio Access and Cross-Selling Power

The Sell Track grants partners access to Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s complete portfolio—including Compute, Hybrid Cloud, and Networking—through a single membership.

Partners can:

  • Resell GreenLake Flex as-a-service solutions
  • Cross-sell across technology domains
  • Earn certifications and develop expertise in areas like Private Cloud, Hybrid Cloud Operations, and SASE

This track is especially beneficial for small to mid-size partners, offering them a gateway to high-growth opportunities.

HPE New Competencies and Certifications: Future-Proofing Partner Skills

To support evolving market demands, Hewlett Packard Enterprise introduced several new competencies:

  • AI Solutions: Design and deploy HPE Private Cloud AI with NVIDIA
  • Sovereign Cloud: Navigate regulatory compliance and digital sovereignty
  • VM Essentials: Achieve hybrid and private cloud certifications
  • Private 5G: Integrate cellular and Wi-Fi networks via HPE Aruba

These certifications not only enhance partner credibility but also open doors to adjacent markets.

Partner Enablement Tools: CloudPhysics Plus and Rapid Migration

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is also launching tools to modernize IT estates:

  • CloudPhysics Plus: Offers intelligent assessments across on-prem, multicloud, and cloud-native environments. Available free in Q4 FY2025.
  • Rapid Migration Tool: Supports seamless workload migrations, including to VM Essentials, with feasibility analysis and optimization insights.

These tools are free for partners enrolled in the Professional Services Center.

AI Practice Expansion: Global Reach and Learning Acceleration

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is expanding its AI Focus Partner Program to 20 new countries, offering:

  • AI readiness assessments
  • Co-investments and demand generation support
  • Access to NVIDIA experts and AI Acceleration Workshops

Workshops now include emerging trends like agentic AI and physical AI, helping partners build scalable AI practices.

Financial Flexibility: HPEFS Financing for AI Developer Systems

To ease adoption, HPE Financial Services is offering reduced-rate financing on the HPE Private Cloud AI developer system.

This allows partners to spread costs over 36 months and showcase AI capabilities without upfront investment.

HPE Smart Choice: Simplifying SMB and Mid-Market Sales

The HPE Smart Choice program, now globally available, provides:

  • Fixed pricing and curated SKUs
  • Streamlined ordering for faster sales cycles
  • Bundled solutions including ProLiant servers, MSA storage, and Tech Care Services

The program is expanding to include Compute Ops Management and VM Essentials, enabling partners to deliver end-to-end data center solutions.
