Deloitte today announced the launch of Scout, an AI-driven learning assistant designed to personalize professional development and transform how Deloitte US professionals learn and grow.

The platform, currently being deployed across Deloitte’s workforce, aims to make finding learning opportunities easier, faster, and more agile — reflecting the firm’s commitment to shaping a future-ready workforce through continuous innovation in learning and development.

“At Deloitte, learning is core to our culture and fuels growth for our people, our organization, and our clients,” said Jason Girzadas, Chief Executive Officer, Deloitte US.

“We’re committed to investing in innovative technologies that make development more personalized, dynamic, and accessible.” he added.

Scout is designed to meet the growing need for continuous and individualized learning. It connects professionals with curated learning assets and experiences aligned to their roles, goals, and evolving market needs.

Key Features: Tailored Learning for Every Career Moment

Scout delivers a tailored learning experience based on an individual’s role, past learning history, content preferences, and development objectives.

It quickly surfaces actionable learning recommendations, provides timely nudges to stay on track, and supports career transitions—from new roles to expanded responsibilities.

Other capabilities include:

  • Predictive learning insights to guide upskilling and reskilling at scale.
  • Omnichannel access, aligning with Deloitte’s vision of anytime, anywhere learning.
  • Reinforcing both technical and human skills—such as adaptability, communication, and curiosity.

“With Scout, we’re helping our people access the right learning at the right time, tailored to their roles and goals,” said Anthony Stephan, Chief Learning Officer, Deloitte US. “By using AI to surface relevant content and adaptive pathways, Scout enables faster response to market changes and continuous skill development to meet client needs.”

Powered by Project 120: Investing in the Future of Learning

Scout is a cornerstone innovation under Project 120, Deloitte’s $1.4 billion investment in its people and learning ecosystem. Future phases of Scout will go beyond content delivery to foster social learning, enable peer-to-peer collaboration, and help professionals connect based on shared skills and project needs.

By pairing AI precision with human-centered growth, Scout reinforces Deloitte’s belief that the future of work depends on investing in both technology and human potential, empowering professionals to lead with confidence in an evolving business landscape.
