BEML has announced the appointment of Debi Prasad Satpathy as Director – HR. Before this most recently, he was Executive Director (HR) at BEML.
The company said on its page, “BEML Ltd is pleased to announce the appointment of Shri Debi Prasad Satpathy Debi Prasad Satpathy as the Director (HR), following his selection by the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) panel recently.”
“Shri Satpathy, currently serving as the Executive Director-HR at BEML Ltd, brings over 30 years of experience in the field of Human Resources and Development in both Central and State Government sectors”, the company added.
He has over 30 years of experience as a seasoned Human Resource Business Partner with a diverse history of working in various sectors.
Debi Prasad possesses a strong passion to lead and motivate people to deliver results. He is skilled in human resources operations, strategic industrial relations, employee engagement, learning and development, talent acquisition, business development, employee engagement, change management, contract management, and general administration.
Earlier, he has also worked with Hindustan Paper Corporation Ltd where he had held various leadership roles.
He holds an MA in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from Berhampur University.
