Deloitte and PeopleStrong collaborate to innovate cloud HR tech capabilities for enterprises

Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP (Deloitte India) and PeopleStrong, Asia’s leading Enterprise Work and HR Tech company, has announced a strategic alliance to accelerate HCM transformation for Indian enterprises.

The alliance will enable Deloitte India to use PeopleStrong’s modern, comprehensive solutions and expertise in HR transformations.

PeopleStrong has implemented these solutions for top enterprises, such as Aditya Birla Group, Paytm, Kotak Mahindra Bank, TATA, L&T, Godrej, flydubai, Oman Air, Air India, and Biocon Biologics and 500+ others.

This collaboration will further strengthen Deloitte India’s consulting and cloud operations portfolio, empowering clients to undertake complex HR transformations seamlessly.

Enterprises are looking at ways to control costs, improve business performance, drive innovation and tap into their human capital to drive outcomes. This alliance aims to enable them to use industry best practices, innovative HR frameworks and accelerated adoption of technology for success.

PeopleStrong’s HR Tech 4.0 platform is India’s first HR Tech platform powered by Generative AI. With over 2,200 SFTP integrations and open APIs, the platform creates a robust, interconnected HR ecosystem that elevates employee experience and improves ease of use for the HR admin.
