She led learning and development initiatives, talent management, and strategic HR programmes.

Her expertise spans talent acquisition, HR transformation, organizational development, change management, and strategic workforce planning.

She has a proven track record of establishing HR frameworks from inception, scaling them for growth, and driving cultural transformation.

Neha’s skills in performance management, leadership development, and diversity and inclusion initiatives have earned her several prestigious awards.

Meanwhile, she had been recognized as one of the India 50 Best HR Leaders in 2021. Neha was also named a 40 Under 40 honoree by WAH Story for her inspiring journey.
