Former President, Global Human Resources of Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited, Prashant Parashar joins CleverTap as Chief Human Resources Officer. His appointment is effective from January 2020.
CleverTap is a SaaS-based customer lifecycle management and mobile marketing company headquartered in Mountain View, California. It provides mobile app analytics and user engagement products to more than 8000 companies.
Prashant is a senior HR leader with over two and a half decades of experience in culture and organization transformation through systems, processes and people interventions across the organization. His experience span an array of industries including automobile, pharmaceutical, outsourcing, IT, BPO and consulting.
Prashant joined Emcure in March 2017. Prior to this, he has worked with organizations like Potentia- a boutique consulting firm, Genpact, WNS Group, Mahindra & Mahindra, Tata Cummins, and GKW.
Prashant is a Post Graduate in Personnel Management (Gold Medalist) from Xavier Institute of Social Service, Ranchi. He is Six Sigma Green Belt certified with the best project award from Genpact, a trained Executive Coach and has completed Certification in Product and Service Innovation using Design Thinking from MIT Sloan School of Management.
