Mastek Appoints Vimal Dangri as Chief Human Resources Officer

Mastek elevates Vimal Dangri as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), succeeding Arvind J.

Vimal, a long-standing member of Mastek’s Executive Leadership Team, brings over two decades of multifaceted experience across legal, compliance, governance, risk, sustainability, operations, and process excellence.

His business acumen, coupled with a people-first leadership style, positions him to lead Mastek’s talent strategy and organizational development with renewed vigor.

Before his elevation, Vimal was working as Chief Legal & Compliance Officer at Mastek, where he played a pivotal part in shaping the company’s governance and ethical frameworks.

He joined Mastek in 2020 after a 20-year tenure at Firstsource, where he held various leadership roles across legal and operational domains.

Arvind J, the outgoing CHRO, has been instrumental in advancing Mastek’s people strategy and nurturing a culture of inclusivity and performance.
