Third Wave Coffee Appoints Sandeep Sinha as Chief HR Officer

Third Wave Coffee has appointed Sandeep Sinha as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

In his new role, Sandeep will drive the company’s people and culture strategy, focusing on building a high-performance, learning-led organisation to support its next phase of growth.

Extensive Experience and Background

Bringing over 19 years of experience in HR, he has worked with several large retail and quick service restaurant (QSR) brands, including Spencer’s Retail, Lifestyle – Landmark Group (Middle East), and Domino’s Pizza India at Jubilant FoodWorks.

Before joining Third Wave Coffee, Sandeep served as Head- Human Resources at Spencer’s Retail, where he collaborated with leadership on a business turnaround strategy.

At Spencer’s retail, he played a key role in introducing new HR policies, performance management frameworks, and digital learning programmes while driving cost optimisation efforts.

His prior tenure at Landmark Group saw him lead HR operations for Lifestyle across six Middle Eastern countries. At Domino’s Pizza India, he supported a workforce exceeding 20,000 employees across multiple HR roles.

Driving Culture and Capability Building

Sandeep holds a postgraduate diploma in human resources management from the Management Education Research Institute, New Delhi, and has pursued advanced leadership programmes at IIM Ahmedabad and XLRI Jamshedpur.

A certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) coach, he will now lead initiatives in culture transformation, talent development, and leadership effectiveness at Third Wave Coffee.
