Jyoti Javeri joins Oracle India, HCM Solution Engineering as Head HR
Jyoti Javeri joins as Head HR – HCM Solution Engineering at Oracle India, effective May 2021. In her new role, she will be leading the people & culture agenda.
Jyoti is an HR professional with over 20 years of domestic & international experience across HR verticals and organizations in a variety of industries. Prior to joining Oracle India, she was working as Senior President- Human Capital Management with Yes Bank for 3 years.
Earlier, She worked with IDFC Ltd, heading various functions which include Performance & Rewards, HR Operations, and Business HR for all the Businesses in IDFC viz: Mutual Fund, Project Finance, Fixed Income, and Treasury, Investment Banking, Risk and Shared Services.
Previously, she also worked with DBS Bank, Religare Enterprises, Western Union Money Transfer, ABN Amro Bank, Arthur Andersen, and Hewitt Associates as HR leader.
Jyoti is a science graduate from Nirmala Niketan College of Home Science, Mumbai, and holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource from NMIMS, Mumbai.
