Seetha Rani KP joins Philips Innovation Campus as Head-HR, effective November 8, 2021. Prior to this, she was associated with Honeywell Technology Solutions Inc as Director- Human Resources.
In her new role, she will be responsible for the entire gamut of People and Culture at Philips Innovation Campus.
Seetha joined Honeywell in 2015 as the Head of HR for the Enterprise IT organization in HTS & subsequently elevated to Director-HR.
Previously, she has also worked with companies Dell International, Les Concierges, Cisco Systems Pvt Ltd, and Procter and Gamble.
Seetha is a senior HR professional with over two decades of experience across spectrum of HR including Staffing, Shared Services Operations, Employee Engagement, Talent Management, and Business Partnership.
She has expertise in partnering with business leaders in strategy & employee engagement, conceptualizing & leading HR operations/ transformation projects, driving operational excellence & productivity gains, etc.
Seetha has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and has done her Masters’s in Social Work with a specialization in HR. She also has a Global certification of GPHR i.e. Global Professional in HR from the HRCI, USA.
She has received a CEO’s Award at Dell for Operational Excellence in 2005.
