HCL Technologies hiring for various roles, freshers can also apply

IT major, HCL Technologies invites online applications from freshers and experienced professionals for various positions across India and overseas.

Last month, the comapny said it has aggressively ramped up hiring and expects to hire 20,000-22,000 freshers this fiscal as the demand for technology services continues to outstrip supply.

HCL Technologies Chief Human Resources Officer Apparao V V said the company has already added 17,500 freshers as of January 10.

“We expect it to be anywhere between 20,000 to 22,000 of freshers onboarding this year… Our talent strategy has got a big component which is freshers and we definitely are looking ambitiously at onboarding double this number next year in FY23,” he added.

On its advertisement page the company said, “At HCL, we encourage our employees to take the initiative to shape the roles and define areas of work that will benefit directly from their individual expertise. Brief about the job opportunities

Currently, the company invites applications for various positions from freshers & experienced professionals. These positions are based in Bangalore, Chennai, Noida, Pune, Lucknow, etc.

The major job roles for IT professionals that have opened in HCL Technologies are Associates, Senior Executive, Associate Engineer, Senior Technical Lead, Technical Lead, Senior Developer, Lead Engineer, etc.
