UltraTech Cement appoints Gautam Sharma as Vice President – HR

UltraTech Cement Limited, a part of Aditya Birla Group has announced the appointment of Gautam Sharma as Vice President – Human Resources.

Gautam confirmed the development through a social media post and said, “I’m excited to start my new job! new job as Vice President- HR with UltraTech Cement (Aditya Birla Group).”

Gautam is an HR Professional with 15+ years of experience in handling all plant HR, IR & ER dynamics at different stages of the plant. He has strong fundamentals in IR and labour laws while closely working on PMS, talent management, and employee engagement for blue-collar as well as white-collar employees.

Prior to UltraTech Cement, Gautam was associated with ITC Limited as Plant Human Resources Manager. Earlier, he worked with Unilever for over 7 years and his last designation with the organization was Unit HR Manager.

Previously, he has also worked with Radico Khaitan Limited for nearly 4 years and his last designation was Senior Executive HR.

Gautam holds a master’s degree in business administration from Guru Jambheshwar University and a did bachelor’s from Kurukshetra University.
