TruKKer appoints Coca-Cola’s Pranav Prasoon as CPO

A global logistics & transportation company, TruKKer appoints Capt Pranav Prasoon Thakur as Chief People Officer (CPO) on Thursday, 17th November 2022.

In his new role, Pranav will work with TruKKer’s leadership team in transforming people practices, culture, and business evolution.

TruKKer is weaving a central layer of control and transparency through data-led innovations in the trucking world through multiple industry-first innovations. The intelligent freight network smooths out the telltale frictions between demand and supply and ensures shared efficiencies for stakeholders in a supply chain.

In Q3 2022, TruKKer raised one of MENA’s largest Series C funding worth $100 million from InvestCorp, a large private equity firm, and was also the first to win the region’s first venture debt funding. Other investors include Mubadala, STV, ADQ, and IFC. 

Pranav is a seasoned HR professional with almost two decades of experience across all HR domains – Strategic HR Business Partnering, Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Talent Attraction, HRMS implementation, Change Management, Culture building, Employer branding, Diversity and Inclusion, and Rewards.

In his earlier stints, Pranav was the National Head of HR for Coca-Cola, Head of HR for Renault India, Vertical HR Head for Engineering at Renault Nissan Technical Centre, GM HR for Willow Logistics, and an Indian Army officer.
