A purpose-led organization, BluePi has announced the appointment of Monika Marwah as HR Director.
Monika Marwah has confirmed the appointment on social media and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as HR Director at BluePi!”

Monika has a unique blend of visionary leadership offering over 15 years of rich & extensive work experience across HR Operations, Talent Acquisition & Campus Recruitment.
Monika acted as the strategic HR Business Partner to general & upper management. She has rich experience in Human Resource Management (HR Strategy, PMS, Employee Relations, Employee Delight), end-to-end Employee Lifecycle, Retention & Employee Engagement.
