A global data science solutions provider, Tredence has appointed Soma Pandey as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
Soma is a passionate and dynamic HR leader with over 25 years of experience. She has successful global experience driving impact as a strategic business partner, helping organizations achieve their human capital and business objectives.
She is an accomplished HR professional with exposure to large-scale transformations in people practices.
Prior to Tredence, she was associated with Cognizant as Global Lead- Careers and Culture. Previously, she was working with Firstsource as Chief Human Resources Officer.
Earlier, she was Chief People Officer at Randstad India. In this role, she was responsible for Transforming the culture of the company from entrepreneurial to being a seamless extension of the global enterprise. Her earlier stints include working with Accenture, Mastek, and ITC Limited.
Soma is an alumna of the Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI) in Jamshedpur, India, and is an SHRM Senior Certified Professional. She completed her Bachelor of Science from Banaras Hindu University.
