People working in the software industry frequently struggle to strike a work-life balance. On the other hand, TCS is thought to provide flexible working hours by 62% of respondents. So, you can balance your professional and personal lives. 

Professional Advancement

IT companies have grown exponentially in recent years. Speaking particularly in India, only a few provide employees with long-term career opportunities. Being associated with a brand not only assures you that you are on the right track in your career, but it also provides job security, upskilling, and training programmes.

TCS is a brand in which 29% of employees believe can help them advance in their careers.

Work environment

Another important factor attracting employees to TCS is the company’s work environment. Speaking about TCS, it has received 16% of employee votes for providing a favourable and healthy work environment.

People/colleagues

Colleagues are the people you spend most of your time at work with. In addition, for a project to be successful, an understanding and a cooperative team are required. About 25% of those polled say it is one of the primary reasons they work for TCS.

Leave Policy

People prefer a company that understands its employees’ needs. Employee-friendly leave policies and regulations are among the top five reasons why people stay with the company.

TCS’s good leave policy has been endorsed by 14% of those polled.
