Accenture Appoints Stephanie Gillies in Dual Leadership Role

In a strategic move to strengthen its human resources leadership, Accenture has appointed Stephanie Gillies as Co-Chief Human Resources Officer (Co-CHRO) for Asia Pacific region and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for Asia Oceania.

In her new capacity, Stephanie will play a pivotal role in shaping Accenture’s workforce in the Asia Pacific and Asia Oceania regions. Her responsibilities include:

HR Director – Strategy & Consulting HR Business Partner: Stephanie spearheaded talent strategies for Accenture’s Strategy & Consulting business in Australia and New Zealand.

Her efforts drove HR transformation and fostered a people-centric culture.

Global Recruitment Director for Accenture Operations: Responsible for global recruitment strategies, Stephanie collaborated with business leaders worldwide to address talent acquisition needs.

Her impact extended across markets, including India, Philippines, China, and Europe.
