A global professional services company, Accenture has elevated Parived Bhatnagar HR Director, Head HR for Delhi (Gurugram, Noida, Jaipur centers) & Chennai.
In this, he will lead a team of 60 HR professionals to manage the employee lifecycle for 35,000+ employees. Moreover, he will be part of the HR Leadership Team of Accenture Operations, India & Sri Lanka and additionally part of HR Leadership Council of Accenture India.

He has been associated with Accenture for nearly 2 years, most recently, he was Head- HR of Financial Services, Finance & Accounting, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Health.
Parived has nearly 18 years of experience in the HR domain. He led integrated HR transformation assignments for large complex organizations to revitalize their Human Capital proposition and worked with hyper-growth, high-potential organizations to leverage HR for sustainable Business growth.
Parived has consulted for various Fortune 500 Organizations, MNCs & Indian Conglomerates across Industry Segments – Manufacturing (Steel, Cement, Auto), IT/ITES, E-Commerce, Telecom, Healthcare, FMCG, Alcohol/Beverage, Chemicals, BFSI, Retail, Media/Entertainment, Consumer Durables, Logistics, Infrastructure, Power, Hospitality, Metals & Mining, Oil/Gas and Real Estate, etc.
Before to Accenture, he was associated with SAP as Director- Human Experience Management Move, Asia Pacific & Japan; Sales Ecosystem, India, SAP SF.
His previous stints include working with Deloitte India, Aon, Panarc Consulting Group, and TNT.
Parived holds his Master of Human Resource & Organization Development from Delhi School of Economics and completed his Bachelor of Business Administration from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
