Before her promotion, Indu served as Senior Manager – Human Resources (Talent Transformation Head) at Acer India.

Her earlier roles at Acer included Manager, Assistant Manager, and Senior Executive – Corporate HR, where she gained extensive experience in performance management, employee engagement, rewards and benefits, and talent acquisition.
