Ananya Dutta joins Jefferies as Vice President, HRBP- India

A leading global, full-service investment banking and capital markets firm, Jefferies has appointed Ananya Dutta as Vice President, HR Business Partner – India.

As the country HR Business Partner, Ananya leads the overall HR support for Jefferies in India and is responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining high-potential investment banking talent.

She will also act as a strategic partner to the leadership team and global HR COEs towards crafting the organization’s talent strategy in the region.

Ananya is a strategic HR leader with nearly 14 years of progressive experience in BFSI/ Asset Management/ Technology industries.

With her core strength in HR Business Partnership, Ananya has extensive experience in setting up and scaling end-to-end HR operating models covering all HR verticals such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, Organisation Development, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, HR Operations and Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging initiatives.

She has built expertise in strategic talent planning, and end-to-end talent life cycle processes in complex global setups, and is passionate about building world-class inclusive, and high-performance workplace environments.

Prior to Jefferies, she was associated with CPP Investments as Director, and HR Business Partner (India). Her earlier stints include working with BlackRock, Ness Digital Engineering, Essar, i-ValueBridge, and Datacore Technologies.

She holds a PGDM in HR from MITCON Institute of Management, Pune, and completed her Bachelor of Science from Institute of Genetic Engineering, Kolkata.
