Atotech an MKS Brand appoints Swati Yadav as Head HR India

A global provider of instruments, systems, subsystems, and process control solutions, Atotech an MKS Brand has announced the appointment of Swati Yadav as Head of HR India.

Swati Yadav is an HR transformational leader with 21 years of experience in driving change, leading Multi culture teams, Transformations – people, Organization, and culture, and building Diversity and inclusion agendas to enable businesses for sustainable growth and profitability.

She has industry exposure in Health Tech, Large manufacturing sectors (Steel, Energy, Mining, Coal), Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Telecommunications, Consulting – IT (Products & Services), FMCG, and New Age Start-up (Health Tech)

Prior to Atotech an MKS Brand, Swati was Founder & CEO of The SAY Foundation. In this role, as a Founder CEO, she was promoting Diversity and Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) for Corporates, PSUs, and Govt. Additionally, she was collaborating with NGOs and other associations working with PwDs to make them financially independent and self-sustainable.

Previously, Swati was the Chief Human Resource Officer of Docquity. In this role, she was responsible for partnering to build the future-ready organization, unleash the organization’s brainpower with insightful HR strategies, building the HR Baseline for the new age health tech start-up to support the hyper-growth and hyper-competitive Organization, and Diligence Audits towards its ambitious journey of IPO.

Swati’s earlier stints include Hilleman Laboratories Pvt. Ltd., HFCL, SCS HR Solutions, and Monnet Group (Aion-JSW).

Swati is an alumnus of Xavier Institute of Management. She holds her Bachelor of Laws – LLB, Law from the University of Rajasthan.
