Bajaj Capital elevates Kathiravan M as Vice President – HR. In his new role, he will spearhead business HR strategies nationwide, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, and skill development.

Prior to this elevation, Kathiravan worked as Senior Associate Vice President – HR and earlier as Associate Vice President – HR at Bajaj Capital.

He played a pivotal role in managing the employee lifecycle and overseeing regional HR operations across South and East India, demonstrating a deep understanding of organizational dynamics and workforce engagement.

Diverse Industry Experience

Kathiravan is a seasoned CHRMP Certified HR professional with over 14 years of experience spanning diverse industries, including Banking & Financial Services, Fintech, Consumer, and Staffing.

Kathiravan’s career spans multiple sectors and roles. Before joining Bajaj Group, he worked at PayNearby, where he led Pan India talent acquisition, strengthening employer branding, and driving HR digitalization.

His earlier stints include Regional HR Manager at HiCare Services Pvt. Ltd. (formerly Godrej HiCare), Associate Manager HR at IFMR Rural Channels and Services (Dvara KGFS), and Business HR in the BFSI vertical at Tata Group.

Beginning his journey as an HR Recruiter with Gi Group, Kathiravan has steadily climbed the ranks to become a seasoned HR leader. His expertise encompasses employee engagement, organizational development, performance management, and strategic HR initiatives.

Kathiravan earned an MBA in HR from Anna University (2009–2011) and a BBA in Management from Sri Vidya Mandir College (2006–2009).
