Biz2Credit, provider of an online marketplace for small business funding, appoints Anupama Garg as Senior Vice President & Head – Human Resources (India).
In her new role, Anupama will be responsible for the entire HR portfolio for Biz2Credit’s Digital Lending Platform Biz2X in India and APAC. Her role will include, providing strategic direction to the people agenda, building an enabling and inclusive organization with a strong focus on employees’ well-being and organization’s growth.
Anupama is seasoned human resources professional with over 2 decades of rich experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
Prior to joining Biz2Credit, she has worked across a diverse set of companies in progressively senior roles. Her expertise lies in enhancing employee branding, creating and implementing efficient talent acquisition strategies to attract the best talent from the industry to enhance business performance, and building a culture of ownership and belonging. Some of the organizations that she has worked for include Bajaj Auto Ltd, ITC, Maersk, Max Bupa Health Insurance, and the CK Birla Group.

Anupama is an MBA in Human Resource and Personnel Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, including her pet dog, and friends, traveling and exploring new places, cultures, and cuisines. A voracious reader, Anupama also enjoys listening to music, with soft rock, pop, and ghazals being her preferred genres.
