Brillio appoints former Capgemini Camie Shelmire as CPO

A digital transformation services and solutions provider, Brillio has announced the appointment of former Capgemini Camie Shelmire as Chief People Officer.

Camie Shelmire will report directly to its chairman, founder, and CEO, Raj Mamodia. In this role, she will lead the company’s talent strategy and also serve on Brillio’s executive committee.

Raj Mamodia said, “As an agile challenger to the traditional services model, Brillio has always attracted ambitious talent eager to push boundaries with an entrepreneurial spirit.”

Camie holds 20 years of leadership experience. Her expertise lies in guiding go-to-market strategy and aligning operations, technology, sales, and HR to support scalability and client growth.

Camie have served high-growth startups and Fortune 500 companies in technology and financial services, leading multiple organizations through acquisition, integration, and successful sale. She has a demonstrated track record of shaping talent strategies to elevate client experience, drive business outcomes, and accelerate growth. With a background in go-to-market strategy, post-acquisition integration, corporate social responsibility, and HR operations.

Previously, Camie has been associated as former Chief People Officer of Capgemini-acquired Altran, and former Executive Vice President of Capgemini.

Certified as a 2022 Great Place to Work, Brillio has doubled its workforce over the past two years. With recent expansion in the United States, India, Canada, Mexico and Romania, it now has more than 5,300 employees worldwide.
